I design and lead programs that bring big ideas to life, whether that means launching enterprise-wide initiatives, producing global experiences, or building something from scratch and making sure it actually works. My sweet spot is at the intersection of strategy, operations, and human connection: I take ambitious goals and translate them into plans people can execute, systems they can trust, and experiences they’ll remember.
Over the past decade, I’ve led cross-functional teams through complex projects, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and delivered high-impact programs across the country and around the world. My experience spans high-stakes strategic initiatives, immersive donor engagements, and moments that make culture happen—presidential summits, global rollouts, campaign launches, and initiatives that celebrate and connect diverse audiences. I’ve also built the behind-the-scenes infrastructure that allows those efforts to scale, ensuring the work is as operationally sound as it is imaginative.
My sweet spot is at the intersection of strategy, operations, and human connection—bringing structure to vision and delivering results that are as thoughtful as they are effective.
I’m often the person people call when the stakes are high or the path is unclear – when a new team is forming, an idea needs to be turned into action, or a moment needs to mean something. I’m known for my calm under pressure, my collaborative leadership style, and my belief that excellence and joy don’t have to be mutually exclusive.
My experience spans sectors and settings, but the common thread is clear: my focus has always been on helping ambitious teams get important things done. I bring a bias for action, a people-centered approach, and a track record of helping programs succeed from launch to legacy, regardless of industry. Whether the need is strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, or thoughtful execution, I’m someone who brings vision and follow-through in equal measure.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with a book in one hand, heading out for an early morning hike, or singing in my church choir. I love hosting dinner parties, cooking for the people I love, and spending time with my family.
I also write Hopeful Hanna, a personal blog where I share book reviews, the occasional recipe, and reflections on intentional joy. I read over 100 books a year, so the blog has become a space to track favorites and offer thoughtful reviews, often of early releases. What started as a creative outlet has since connected me with several publishers, and I’m now lucky enough to receive advance copies of many new titles.
Atlanta is home, but I’ve also lived in Tokyo and DC — and I’m always planning my next adventure. Egypt, Switzerland, and Redwood National Park are high on the list.
